At Planet Glub, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store. That's why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Below you will find a list of all our policies. Policies
• Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
•If you do not have a valid receipt or if we cannot confirm your purchase in our system, you may exchange the item for another item of equal value, but no refund or credit will be issued.
• Returns will be accepted within 60 days of purchase for a refund back to original form of payment. If an item in your order was damaged or defective, please contact us right away.
• You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in their original packaging with tags still attached within 35 days from the date of purchase.
• Your return will be reviewed and inspected upon receipt of returned merchandise. Customers will be notified via email regarding the statue of their return.
• No refunds or adjustments will be may to any of the shipping costs on the original order.
